Shipping and refund Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how your items will be prepared and shipped to your destination.

HOW ITEMS ARE HANDLED

We take great care of every product that comes from our suppliers. We make sure no damage is done to the product before shipping out

Shipping information

Updates for shipping details will be sent the day prior of the order. We take responsibility if a product does not reach the buyer, and we will send out another one. All shipping will be done via USPS, Fedex, UPS or DHL. Shipping times will vary on weather and location. The buyer will recieve a refund if the product is turned in the 10 day time frame after bought.

HOW MUCH WILL I RECIEVE FOR MY REFUND?

The buyer will recieve the full amount purchased for the products being refunded.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED?

If the product is damaged, we will send a new item to you or refund the product

If the buyer chooses to recieve a refund. There must be proof of damaged and the product must be sent back to the company.

Once the product is recieved we will refund the items to the buyer that has purchased for full retail price, the refund includes shipping cost as well.
